Build a program
to fit your goals.
Every program is guided by qualified Australian clinicians and built around your individual goals.
No lock-in, no up-sells. Start wherever feels right.
Health questionnaire
Tell us about your goals, how you're feeling, and your health history through a simple online form. No medical jargon, no rush.
Clinician review
A qualified Australian clinician reviews your questionnaire and prepares thoughtful questions before your appointment.
Telehealth consultation
A conversation, not a checklist. Meet your clinician on a private video call, talk through your goals, and explore what might work for you. Your clinician may recommend lifestyle changes, monitoring, a referral, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a personalised management plan.
Your personalised plan
Your clinician builds a plan around you. This may include lifestyle guidance, monitoring, or, if deemed medically appropriate, treatment dispensed by an Australian pharmacy authorised under relevant state and territory pharmacy and medicines laws.
Ongoing support
Regular check-ins and message-anytime access to your care team. We review your progress together and adjust your plan if needed, or step things down when you're ready.
How It Works
Peak Health isn't one size fits all. Your baseline shows your doctor exactly where you're starting from, and from there, they build a plan around your history, your risks and your goals. With 9 programs to draw from, you choose which ones become part of your plan. Mix and match to build the combination that's actually right for you.

Muscle & Strength
If your training progress has changed, there may be clinical factors worth exploring with a qualified practitioner. Our clinicians work with you to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and if deemed medically appropriate, create a personalised plan to support your muscle and strength goals.

Weight Management
Weight management can be complex, and outcomes vary between individuals. This is about sustainable weight outcomes through lifestyle changes and clinical review. It is different from our Metabolic Health care, which focuses on your metabolic markers rather than weight. A clinical assessment may help identify factors that could be contributing to your experience. Our clinicians take the time to understand your habits, your history, and your lifestyle, and if deemed medically appropriate, build a personalised management plan to support your goals.

Metabolic Health
This is pathology-guided care for your metabolic markers, such as blood sugar and cholesterol. It is not primarily about weight. When your health markers change, it can affect your energy, mood, and sleep. A clinical assessment can help identify contributing factors. Our clinicians take the time to listen, review relevant pathology, and, if deemed medically appropriate, build a personalised plan around your individual needs.

Healthy Ageing
As we age, clinical assessment can help identify factors that may support your wellbeing. If you have noticed changes in your energy, recovery, or general vitality, a clinical assessment may help identify contributing factors. Our clinicians assess your health to help identify relevant clinical factors, and if deemed medically appropriate, build a personalised management plan to support how you feel, move, and live as you age.

Recovery Support
Dealing with an injury or slow recovery is exhausting, both physically and mentally. It affects your work, your training, and your mood. If you feel like your body is not bouncing back the way it should, our clinicians can help. We assess your situation via telehealth, and if deemed medically appropriate, create a personalised management plan to support your recovery. Telehealth is not suitable for all injuries or recovery concerns. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, physiotherapy, surgical review, imaging, pathology, specialist referral, or no treatment depending on your individual circumstances.

Cognitive Health
When your mind feels foggy, scattered, or just not as sharp as it used to be, cognitive concerns can affect daily life in many ways. You deserve to have someone take that seriously. Our clinicians assess the factors that may be contributing to how you are feeling, and if deemed medically appropriate, build a personalised plan to support your cognitive health.

Immune & Gut
Digestive and immune health can influence many aspects of your wellbeing. And when your immune system is struggling, every cold knocks you down for weeks. If this sounds like you, know that you are not alone and there are qualified clinicians who can help. We assess your situation clinically, and if deemed medically appropriate, create a personalised plan to support your digestive and immune health.

Sexual Health
This is one of those things people struggle to talk about, even with their doctor. Changes in desire, function, or intimacy can be distressing. A clinical assessment may help identify contributing factors. You deserve care that is discreet and compassionate. Our clinicians provide a confidential space to discuss what is happening, and if deemed medically appropriate, build a personalised management plan to support your sexual health.

Sleep Health
You know that feeling: lying awake at 2am, exhausted but unable to switch off. Or waking up after a full night and still feeling drained. Poor sleep can affect many aspects of your health and daily life. If you have concerns about your sleep, our clinicians can assess your situation and discuss options. We assess the factors that may be disrupting your sleep, and if deemed medically appropriate, create a personalised management plan to support better rest. Telehealth may not be suitable for all sleep concerns. Your clinician may recommend in-person assessment, a sleep study, GP review, specialist referral, or other investigations depending on your individual circumstances.
